Hello.

I'm Jérôme. I’m an experienced commercial photographer, based in Newcastle. I’m professionally qualified and have more than a decade’s experience in commercial, editorial and portrait photography.

Atelier Photography, like me, was born in Paris, France. I spent several years shooting in France and around Europe before moving to Australia in 2016. Newcastle has been my home ever since.

I have an extensive experience in property, architecture and interiors photography, real estate photography, both residential and commercial. I’ve been commissioned to capture images of award-winning projects. I am pleased that Atelier Photography is now listed as a preferred photographer on the HIA website for the Hunter Region. 
I also work regularly with local businesses large & small, to produce high-quality commercial and branding images. In the digital age, it’s never been more important to have strong visuals for your business.
I like to approach my photos in a documentary style. I’m a fairly quiet person by nature, and I’ve found that my camera is the best way to tell a story or create a memory. 

I studied Professional Photography at the Speos Paris Photographic Institute, where I graduated with honours. I use both digital and film and I prefer to shoot using natural light.
